coBode isn't just about living with a great bunch of housemates.
All bills included means exactly that.

Here's some details on what we provide to make your renting experience as hassle free as possible.

​Your bedroom is fully furnished with everything you need to be comfortable, including bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest(s) of drawers and a TV aerial point. You just need to bring your own duvet, sheets pillows and towels.
You'll also have either your own en-suite bathroom, or use of a bathroom shared with 1 or 2 other housemates.

All of our houses have shared living and kitchen areas. These are fully kitted with a sofa, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

You'll also find a washing machine and dryer. These are subject to a small charge to encourage sensible usage and do our bit to help save the planet.

All of our houses have shared living and kitchen areas. These are fully kitted with sofas, firdges, freezers, dishwashers, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Fully Kitted Shared Living Areas
Every week the shared areas of the house will sparkle from top to bottom after the cleaners have visited and worked their magic. We'll also keep the garden under control with regular cutting and pruning throughout the year.

All of our homes have secure bike storage with direct access from the street, so there's no need to drag your bike through the house or park it in the living area.

All houses have unlimited high speed cable or fibre broadband, wifi and a smart TV in the communal space.

Your rent includes the cost of the broadband, TV licence, electricity, gas, water and Council Tax, although, if you have a TV in your room, you'll need to get your own TV licence.
